The company has produced and processed polyethylene powders and processed pure plastic waste using an agglomeration line since 1993. In the beginning, bearing the name ARCOPLAST SLOVAKIA a.s., we milled LDPE and HDPE, PVC, and PP. Later we added colouring and applying additives in natural LDPE and HDPE followed by milling. From 2003 we began to produce black polyethylene granulate suitable for cable sheathing, for pipelines and gas lines.

In 2006 we added fluidised coating as well as the preparation of coloured concentrates. Later on, our company focused solely on polyethylene granulate processing by milling. In July 2017 the company ARCOPLAST s.r.o. was established as the direct successor of ARCOPLAST SLOVAKIA a.s.

Properties of LDPE and HDPE

Our PE powders with different melting indices are milled solely from primary granulates from renowned producers. We provide milling services for those customers who prefer their own granulates.

The production process at the ARCOPLAST s.r.o. facility is performed in zero waste mode with the help of machinery from foreign companies.

Production equipment is operated by trained employees of ARCOPLAST s.r.o. with many years of experience in this type of manufacturing.
